Band Sync invite

Your bandleader wants you on the click.

Four steps, about two minutes. Do them before rehearsal, not during it.

  1. Get RhythmRamp

    On your own iPhone or iPad. Every player needs their own copy: free for 14 days, then $4.99 once.

  2. Same Wi-Fi, Bluetooth on

    Get on the same Wi-Fi as the rest of the band, and leave Bluetooth on.

  3. Set the time automatically

    Settings › General › Date & Time › Set Automatically

    It keeps your clock in step with everyone else’s.

  4. Band Sync › Join

    Open RhythmRamp and tap the Band Sync button at the top (two people with sound waves). The first time, it asks your name. Then tap Join and pick your leader from the list.

Join before the downbeat. If you join mid-song, you’ll come in at the leader’s next start. On an Android phone? RhythmRamp is iPhone and iPad only, so you can’t join from Android.
